29. Applications for divesting orders
(1) Any person who claims to be entitled to administer any property
comprised in a vacant estate vested in the Curator may apply to a Judge for
an order divesting the Curator of the administration of that property.
(2) An application for a divesting order shall be made by summons calling
upon the Curator to show cause why the order should not be made.
(3) No divesting order shall be made unless the Judge is satisfied that all
charges due to Government have been paid.
(4) A Judge may, on the hearing of a summons for a divesting order,
refer the matter to the competent Court to determine the issue of the ownership of any property comprised in the vacant estate.
