8. Prosecution
A breach of this Act, or of any regulation made under it, may be prosecuted by any member or officer of the Council or by the librarian or by any
person in charge of the Library and all fines recovered under this Act or regulations made under this Act shall accrue to the Council for the benefit of the
Library.
