122. Authority may be required
(1) Where any person makes an application to the Director-General to
transact business on behalf of any other person, the Director-General may
require the person so applying to produce a written authority from the person
on whose behalf the application is made and, in default of the production of
such authority, reject such application.
(2) The Director-General may require the authority to specify the business and such other reasonable information as he may determine.
