125B. Statements of Practice
The Director-General shall, from time to time, issue and
publish Statements of Practice in relation to the application of
specific provisions of the customs laws.
(o) in section 144, in subsection (2), by inserting, after the word
“Assembly”, the words “, a foreign government”;
(p) by repealing section 148 and replacing it by the following section –
