153. Seizure of goods and packages
(1) The seizure of any goods shall extend to the seizure of the packages
in which such goods are contained.
(2) Where a ship, aircraft, vehicle or container, or any part thereof, has
been specially constructed, adapted, altered or fitted in any manner for the
purpose of concealing goods, that ship, aircraft, vehicle or container may be
seized and shall be liable to forfeiture.
