51. Master of wrecked ship to report
Where any ship is lost or wrecked on the coast of Mauritius, the master
or owner or the duly authorised agent of the ship shall, without any unnecessary delay, make report of the ship and cargo by delivering to the DirectorGeneral a manifest so far as it may be possible for him to do so.
