57. Return by Mauritius Ports Authority
Where a ship enters a port which is under the management of the Mauritius Ports Authority or any other duly authorised authority, the Mauritius
Ports Authority shall submit to the Director-General a return showing the
cargo which has been—
(a) manifested and unloaded;
(b) manifested but not unloaded;
(c) unloaded but not manifested.
