59. Removal of goods landed from aircraft
(1) Where the importer of goods landed from an aircraft has not taken
delivery of the goods, the agent of the aircraft shall, not later than the day
following the day of the report inwards of the aircraft, cause the goods to be
stored in such place as the Director-General may approve.
(2) The Director-General shall not incur liability for any loss or damage to
goods stored in accordance with subsection (1).
