67A. Obligations of proprietor or occupier of bonded warehouse
(1) Subject to this section, the proprietor or occupier of a bonded warehouse may—
(a) without Customs locks, manage the operations of the bonded
warehouse; and
(b) without the presence of a Customs officer, enter into or remove
from the bonded warehouse, goods, on payment of duty, excise
duty and taxes, if any, in compliance with any applicable enactment, other than goods for re-export.
