94. Clearance certificate
The master of any aircraft or ship, other than an aircraft or ship calling for
bunkers, provisions and stores, shall not depart with his aircraft or ship from
Mauritius without receiving from the Director of Shipping, or the DirectorGeneral, as the case may be, immediately before leaving Mauritius, a certificate
of clearance, provided that, in the case of clearance of ships, the Director of
Shipping shall grant such clearance only with the consent of the DirectorGeneral.
