13A. Extension of Act
Where, in any enactment made before or after October 1983, it is provided
that, notwithstanding any other enactment, a statutory corporation shall be
exempt from payment of any duty, that provision shall not be construed as an
exemption from the payment of customs duty leviable under this Act.
