11B. Clearance by Director-General
The Director-General shall release or clear goods
imported or exported under this Act in accordance with
section 25B of the Customs Act.
(f) in section 27 –
(i) by deleting the word “Board” wherever it appears and
replacing it by the words “authorised officer”;
(ii) by inserting, after subsection (3), the following new
subsection –
(3A) For the purpose of an authorisation under
this section, the procedures set out in section 11A
shall apply with such modifications, adaptations and
exceptions as may be necessary.
