15. Classification and labelling
Every person who imports, exports, manufactures, sells, stores, distributes or trades in any chemical substance shall ensure that the chemical substance is classified and labelled in accordance with the classification and labelling requirements specified in the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Ninth
Schedules.
