5. Functions of Council
The Council shall—
(a) advise and make recommendations to the Minister on matters
relating to dangerous chemicals;
(b) advise the Minister on the implementation of international
conventions relating to dangerous chemicals;
(c) consult with and advise the Board on any matter pertaining to
this Act.
