28J. Importation of medicinal cannabis
(1) No person shall import medicinal cannabis unless –
(a) the medicinal cannabis is imported on behalf of
the Ministry; and
(b) the person is authorised, in writing, by the
Ministry.
(2) Where medicinal cannabis is imported, the importer
shall, under the strict supervision of the Police, deliver the medicinal
cannabis to the Ministry.
