46. Burden of proof
Notwithstanding any other enactment, where in any proceedings for an
offence under this Act, a question arises as to whether any person was or
was not authorised to be in possession of any dangerous drug, the burden of
proof that such a person was authorised to be in possession of such drug,
shall lie on that person.
