49. Powers of entry and search The Permanent Secretary, or any police officer not below the rank of Inspector of Police authorised by the Commissioner of Police, may, for the purposes of this Act— (a) enter the premises of any authorised person or of any person carrying on the business of a producer, manufacturer, seller or distributor of any dangerous drug; (b) require the production of and inspect any book or document required to be kept under this Act or any regulations made under section 60; (c) inspect any stock of any dangerous drug.
