55. Annual report
(1) The Commissioner shall, not later than 3 months after the end of
every calendar year, lay an annual report of the activities of the Office before
the National Assembly.
(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the report shall
include—
(a) a statement about the operation of approved and issued codes
of practice;

(b) any recommendations that the Commissioner thinks fit, in relation to compliance with this Act, and in particular the Data Protection Principles.
(3) The period starting from the commencement of this Act to the end of
the year of such commencement shall be deemed to be the first calendar
year.
