64. Consequential amendments
(1) The Criminal Code is amended by repealing section 300A.
(2) The Information and Communication Technologies Act is amended—
(a) in section 2, by deleting the definitions of “code of practice” and
“personal data”;
(b) by repealing section 33;
(c) by repealing the Fourth Schedule.

(3) The National Computer Board Act is amended—
(a) in section 2, by deleting the definitions of “computer service
person”, “data”, “data user”, and “personal data”;
(b) in section 4, by deleting paragraph (d); and
(c) by deleting the First Schedule.
