19. Summary proceedings
Notwithstanding section 15, the Council may, without reference to the
Tribunal and after an investigation carried out under section 13, inflict on a
registered person—
(a) a warning;
(b) a severe warning;
(c) a reprimand; or
(d) a severe reprimand.
