5. Tenure of office of members
The members of the Council shall hold office for a period of 3 years and
shall—
(a) in the case of the members referred to in section 4 (1) (a), be
eligible for re-election;
(b) in the case of the members referred to in section 4 (1) (c), be
eligible for reappointment.
