4. Deportation orders
Subject to this Act, the Minister may, if he thinks fit, make a deportation
order, in such form as may be prescribed, in respect of—
(a) a convicted person;
(b) an undesirable person;
(c) a destitute person; or
(d) a prohibited immigrant.
