2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Articles” means the Articles of the Convention;
“Convention” means the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations
done at Vienna on 18 April 1961;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of
external affairs is assigned.
