21F. Hearing of the claim (1) Subject to section 21H, where it appears to the Court that a settlement under section 21E (3) will not be possible within a reasonable time, it shall fix a date for hearing the claim and give notice of the hearing in the form specified in the Second Schedule to— (a) the claimant; (b) the defendant; and (c) every person who appears from the claim form to have a sufficient interest in the claim. (2) The clerk shall, at the request of a claimant or defendant, summon any person to appear before a Court, where the presence of such a person is necessary to enable the Court to determine the questions in dispute in the claim.
