24. Execution stayed when time granted
Where the Court makes an order for payment of any sum of money by instalments, execution on such order shall not issue against the party until after default in payment of some instalment, according to such order, and execution or successive executions may then issue for the whole of those sums
of money and costs then remaining unpaid, or for such portion thereof as the
Court shall order, either at the time of making the original order, or at any
subsequent time.
