27. Execution suspended on payment
(1) The clerk shall cause to be inserted or endorsed in or upon every warrant of execution issued against the goods and chattels of any person, the
sum of money and costs adjudged, with the sums allowed as increased costs
for the execution of such warrant.
(2) Where the party against whom execution is issued, before the actual
sale of the goods and chattels, pays or causes to be paid, or tenders to the
clerk of the Court or to the usher holding the warrant of execution, such sum
of money and the costs or such part as the person entitled agrees to accept
in full discharge of his debt or damages and costs, together with the fees
directed to be paid, the execution shall be suspended, and the goods and
chattels shall be discharged and set at liberty.
