8. Payment of fees
(1) There shall be paid on every proceeding in the Intermediate Court or a
District Court such fees as are prescribed.
(2) (a) A table of such fees shall be put up in some conspicuous place in
the Court House, and in the clerkâs office.
(b) The fees on every proceeding shall be paid in the first instance
by the plaintiff or party on whose behalf such proceeding is to be had, on or
before the proceeding.
