3. Non-application to other islands (1) This Act shall apply only to the Island of Mauritius. (2) Flat Island and Gabriel Island shall be deemed to be part of the District of Rivière du Rempart. PART I – PROCEEDINGS TO OBTAIN THE ATTENDANCE OF A PARTY CHARGED BEFORE MAGISTRATE
