50. Inspections and post-mortem examinations
(1) The Magistrate shall make or cause to be made such local inspections
as circumstances may require and may make or cause to be made any examination of the person of the accused as circumstances may require.
(2) In a case of homicide a Magistrate may order the performance of a
post-mortem examination, and, for the purpose of such examination, may order the body of any person who has already been interred to be disinterred.
