67B. Bail on application for certiorari
Where a person convicted and sentenced to imprisonment or penal servitude by the Intermediate Court or a District Court makes application to the
Supreme Court for an order of certiorari to remove the proceedings of the
Court into the Supreme Court, a Judge may release that person from custody in accordance with the Bail Act.
