7. Contents of warrant
(1) Every warrant shall be under the hand of the Magistrate issuing the
same, and may be directed to any police officer by name or generally to all
police officers.
(2) It shall state shortly the offence on which it is founded, and shall
name or otherwise describe the offender, and it shall order the person to
whom it is directed to apprehend the offender and bring him before the Magistrate issuing the said warrant or any other Magistrate of the district.
(3) Such warrant shall remain in force until it is executed.
