72A. Error in sentence
(1) The Court may, not later than 7 days after sentence has
been passed, amend the sentence passed to correct an error of law in
the sentence after giving the parties the right to make submissions
on the proposed amendment.
(2) Where a sentence passed by the Court is amended
pursuant to subsection (1), the time within which a party may appeal
against the judgment shall, notwithstanding any other enactment,
be extended by 7 days.
