74. Minutes and evidence to be recorded
(1) Minutes of proceedings of a case and the evidence on both sides may
be recorded by tape or other technological means available in the Court.
(2) Where facilities specified in subsection (1) are not available in a
Court, the Magistrate shall take down in writing the minutes of proceedings
and the evidence on both sides.
