95. Execution may issue where no appeal
Where an appellant has not lodged his appeal before the Supreme Court
within the time fixed under section 93 (1), the Magistrate of the Court in
which the appellant has been convicted may, upon a certificate of the Registrar that no appeal has been lodged within the time mentioned, issue execution and proceed to estreat and recover the recognisance.
