9. District boundary posts
(1) The Chief Surveyor may set up district boundary posts on the boundary line of any district as specified in the Schedule and thereupon each such
district boundary post shall be deemed to indicate the boundary line described in the Schedule.
(2) There shall be marked on each such post the words “District Boundary Post” and the year (in figures) in which the post is set up, together with
the Government mark.
(3) Any person who damages, destroys, displaces or removes any district
boundary post set up under this section shall commit an offence and shall,
on conviction, be liable to the penalties specified in section 362 of the Criminal Code.
