20. Application of Act
(1) This Act shall not apply to a religious marriage governed by the Code
Civil Mauricien, Livre Premier, Titre Cinquième, Chapitre Neuvième.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), no Court shall have jurisdiction in
any action for damages for adultery or enticement.
(3) This Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation from the Code
Civil Mauricien.
