11. Destruction of DNA sample and erasure of DNA profile
Notwithstanding any provision of this Act, the Supreme Court may order
the destruction of a DNA sample or erasure of a DNA profile from the DNA
Data Records where it has been established, by the person from whom the
DNA sample has been taken, that the sample or profile is being used illegally
or for purposes not authorised under this Act.
