16. Exemptions
Notwithstanding any other enactment—
(a) the Authority shall be exempt from the payment of any duty,
rate, charge, fee, tax or licence fee, in line with legislation in
force;
(b) no stamp duty or registration fee shall be payable in respect of
any document under which the Authority is the sole beneficiary;
(c) the Authority shall benefit from tax relief and other facilities in
relation to importation of play materials and equipment, and
vehicles.
