25. Appeals Tribunal
(1) An Appeals Tribunal shall be set up by the Minister on an ad hoc
basis.
(2) The Tribunal shall consist of a Chairperson, who shall be a barristerat-law, and 2 other members to be appointed by the Minister.
(3) The Chairperson and members shall hold office on such terms and
conditions as the Minister may determine.
(4) There shall be a Secretary to the Tribunal who shall be a public officer
designated by the Minister.
