27. Decision of Tribunal to be communicated
(1) The Tribunal, after hearing the parties concerned and after considering such evidence as may be tendered by them on their behalf, may confirm,
set aside or modify the Minister’s decision and the decision of the Tribunal
shall be final.
(2) The decision of the Tribunal shall be communicated to the parties
concerned, together with the reasons for it, not later than 6 months from the
date on which the appellant gives notice of appeal.
