34. Failure to comply with notice
Where a person on whom a notice has been served under section 32 fails
to comply with the notice, he shall commit an offence and shall—
(a) on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 10,000 rupees;
and
(b) be ordered to execute such remedial measures as appropriate.
