24. Supply to premises outside area
(1) Where it is proved to the satisfaction of the Board that the occupier
of any premises is desirous of obtaining a supply of electricity from any undertaker within whose area of supply these premises are not situate, the
Board may, if the undertakers authorised to supply electricity to such premises consent, by order permit the first mentioned undertakers to give a supply to these premises on such terms and subject to such conditions as the
Board thinks fit.
(2) Where in the opinion of the Board a consent required by this section
is unreasonably withheld, the Board may proceed as if such consent had
been given.
