46. Penalties
For any breach of this Act or of a regulation made under this Act, for
which no special penalty is provided, the penalty shall be a fine not exceeding 200 rupees and a penalty not exceeding 100 rupees for each day during
which the offence continues, or, in default of payment, imprisonment for a
term not exceeding one month.
