8A. Sharing of public information
(1) For the purpose of business facilitation, any public
sector agency may, through its electronic system, share information
with an institution, subject to an agreement being reached between
the public sector agency and the institution.
(2) In this section –
“institution” means another public sector agency or
a private sector institution.
