6. Meetings of Board
(1) The Board shall meet at least once monthly at such time and place as
the Chairperson may consider appropriate.
(2) The quorum shall be 5 members, including at least one representative
each from the representatives appointed under section 5 (2) (b) to (d).
(3) Subject to this Act, the Board shall regulate its proceedings and meetings in such manner as it thinks fit.
