11. Transfer to part-time work A full-time worker may enter into an agreement with an employer to perform part-time work subject to the agreement— (a) being in writing; E9B – 9 [Issue 5] Employment Rights Act (b) being for a specified period of time; and (c) providing for the option to the worker to revert to full-time work at the expiry of the specified period of the part-time work.
