51. Certificate of employment
(1) Every employer shall provide a worker, whose employment has been
terminated, or who has resigned from his employment with a certificate of
employment in the form prescribed in the Eleventh Schedule, within 7 days
of the termination of his employment.
(2) No employer shall insert in the certificate issued under subsection (1)
any particulars other than those specified in the Eleventh Schedule.
