62. Income and disbursement
(1) The Fund shall consist of—
(a) any monies lawfully accruing to the Fund;
(b) donations and grants;
(c) any funds raised from public activities organised with the
approval of the Board;
(d) advance recycling fee collected by the Director-General under
section 69C for the purpose of the operation of an e-waste
management system.
(2) No disbursement of money shall be made from the Fund except—
(a) for the purposes of the Fund; and
(b) with the authorisation of the Board.
(3) Article 910 of the Code Civil Mauricien shall not apply to donations
made to the Fund.
