Section 69B: Interpretation

69B. Interpretation
In this Part –
“advance recycling fee” –
(a) means the advance recycling fee specified in section 69C;
and
(b) includes any penalty specified in section 69E;
“customs control” has the same meaning as in the Customs Act;
“Director-General” has the same meaning as in the Mauritius
Revenue Authority Act;
“electrical and electronic equipment” means such electrical and
electronic equipment as may be prescribed;
“import” has the same meaning as in the Customs Act.
