69E. Penalty for late payment of advance recycling fee
Where a manufacturer, an assembler or an importer of
electrical and electronic equipment fails to pay the advance
recycling fee under section 69C, he shall be liable to pay to
the Director-General, in addition to the fee, a penalty of 5,000
rupees.
